I had a mixed experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport. While the staff provided courteous and friendly service, especially during dinner, the room I stayed in showed signs of wear and needed upgrades. Additionally, some amenities like the airport shuttle have room for improvement, but the overall cleanliness and the beautiful atrium design certainly added some charm to my visit.
